Nancy Sirker is from Costa Rica where she has lived and worked for many years with Deloitte & Touche as a consultant. Ms. Sirker uses the eBTSA with many of Gente de Talento's clients for whom she is doing core competencies analyses. As well, Ms. Sirker with Ms. Jimenez, teaches KBA's Level 1 Licensing Workshops in Spanish in Central America at least twice a year. During the 5 years Ms. Sirker has been bringing the BTSA and Benziger Breakthrough to her clients in Latin America she has found Benziger was very well received by several of her business clients who asked to her offer training to teach in-house Licensee Teams for their companies. These companies include: Banco de Costa Rica, Preselección, ICE, Konzerta, Pozuela and Durman. Ms. Sirker will be assisting Dr. Benziger instruct (in Spanish) KBA's expanded, 5-day 40-hour Licensing Workshop on July 23-28, 2007 at ICAMI in Guadelajara, Mexico.
