Larry is a Consulting psychologist and coach who ran a large Labour Relations consulting firm in Cape Town South Africa for 12 years until 2000. Prior to that he worked for a multinational Oil company as well as for one of the largest retail groups in Southern Africa. He presently has his own practice and consults in the labour relations field and also provides individual counselling as well as life and executive coaching. He is the lead licensed provider of a team of 3 in South Africa that distributes the BTSA to individuals and use it for organisational change facilitation and whole brain thinking in the corporate world.

His major areas of current interest are conflict resolution, organisational wellness, new millennium organisational change as well as mid life and/or mid career transition or “stuckness”.
