James specializes in the fields of marketing, sales and business strategy, getting results by blending his extensive work
experience with the latest available brain-based technology. His international experience and leadership skills were gained first in the world of advertising as an Account Director with McCann Erickson, then later as President of Dockers Casual Clothing (1994-1999) and Levi’s USA (1999–2001). He has successfully led two $ Billion plus businesses and thousands of employees through both good and bad times and his insights on what builds both leadership and management success are combined with a down to earth, practical streak. Today in his consulting practice, he uses two innovative brain-based technologies: • The Benziger Breakthrough and the Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment (BTSA) • The SalesBrain Neuromarketing method of “Selling to the Old Brain” As a licensed provider of the Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment (BTSA), James’ primary focus is on making business run more effectively. He uses the Benziger Breakthrough to enhance both team building and the efficient alignment of people with business processes. For companies interested in implementing or adding to a corporate Wellness program, James also helps the development and implementation of successful strategies to better manage issues of stress and work balance.
