Fabio began his career with the Italian branch of Siemens, first as a junior engineer and later as an Account Manager for large European clients. Whilst there, he directly contributed to the creation of several patents and new product designs in the field of microwave-radio applications.
More recently, Fabio was Managing Director for the Royal Swets Publishing Group in Italy where for three consecutive years, he grew revenues by 60%, closing multimillion € deals with large organizations such as ENI, GSK, ISS. Prior to this, Fabio served as Sales and Marketing Director for several medium and large organizations.
Born in Bern, Switzerland, Fabio moved to Italy at the age of 10. He has lived in Hungary for a year and also travelled extensively to more than 30 countries worldwide. It was during his travels that he developed his passion for understanding human relations, the processes of communication and their application to business. His passion for understanding the workings of the brain started as an adolescent and his current objectives are to help teams achieve greater success by applying a rational yet deeply human discipline.
Fabio today runs his own consultant company based in Milano named, Paron & Partners srl , which he formed in 2002, focused on Brain Based Management and its concrete applications in today Business. He has a deep understanding of human behaviour and is able to turn any difficult company and grup of people into success.
Fabio holds a Masters in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan. Fabio is an expert on Brain Imaging Techniques and he is currently cooperating on some project with BHC the Brain Health Center based in Rome.
