Elisca is an Industrial Psychologist, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. She completed her
Masters Degree in 2001, focusing in the area of Human Resource Development. After a significant stint in the human
resources department of a global freight/shipping company, she moved into the area of professional psychological work,
specializing in psychological assessment and coaching. She is currently one of 3 licensed BTSA users in South Africa, who together promote and use the BTSA in individual career counseling and coaching, as well as team development interventions. |
