FALSIFICATION OF TYPE LINKED TO DECREASED PRODUCTIVITY
Katherine Benziger, Ph.D.

To achieve in the industrialized areas of the world, 70% of all workers falsify type on the job.

Yet, despite the monetary rewards and perks those who are falsifying tend to make an increased number of errors, use more sick leave, and very often quit - because falsifying type requires a super human effort.

Bottom line: productivity suffers from:

  • the lowered productivity of those workers who are falsifying
  • the time and resources you commit to replace those who do quit
  • the time and resources you commit to retrain their replacements
